To find our your coordinates find a coordinate calculator on google, type in your location and find out the coordinates of your chosen location. Please note coordinates must be in a decimal degrees format and each coordinate must be no longer than 6 numbers long. Don't worry if it shows your coordinates with a +/- symbol infront of your coordinates, when embroidering we get rid of these and add the degrees symbol followed by the N and W symbols.

    Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or refunds at this time, so please make sure you are 100% happy before you purchase. Please also make sure that you have entered the correct information for embroidery as we cannot offer refunds for customer mistakes. If your product is faulty, not as described or you have any problems / questions please contact us and we'll try our best to resolve any issues :)

    UK DELIVERY

    We offer free UK delivery across ALL orders.

    INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

    We ship internationally to most countries, however postage costs vary on country and size / weight of the parcel. Please also check your country's customs regulations as we are not responsible for any customs charges that you may have to pay in your country to recieve the parcel. Not paying customs charges in your country could lead to your to your parcel being held by customs in your country or even the parcel being sent back to us.

    DISPATCH TIME

    We usually have a dispatch time of upto 2 weeks (unless stated otherwise such as pre-orders) however we try to complete every order and get it posted ASAP, if you have a specific date you need an order by or you need the order faster for some reason please get in touch and we will see what we can do.

  • Care Instructions

    Care instuctions are printed on the back of the tag attached to your item of clothing.

    • Wash inside out at 30 degrees celcius.
    • Don't dry clean or tumble dry.
    • Iron inside out if you must.
    • Avoid folding along the embroidery.
